Prominent human rights activist Justice for David and President of the Assembly of Citizens’ Associations “Path of Justice – Justice for David” Marko Nikolić wrote an article on the occasion of Radenko Srtakić’s membership in the crisis headquarters in Banja Luka.
“A few days ago, we publicly addressed the mayor, Mr. Draško Stanivuković, with a request to exclude Mr. Radenko Stakić from the crisis headquarters of the city on the Vrbas, because we thought that after all, such a man has no place there. After everything we saw on December the 25th 2018. The mayor accepted our request and forwarded it to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Srpska.
The answer arrived. The answer was sent by the Chief of the Police Administration of Banja Luka, Miloš Brkić. In his answer, Mr. Brkić states that Radenko Stakić has been in the police for 30 years and that he has no errors in his career. He also states that Mr. Stakić is a participant in the war, so it is not clear to him why he is undesirable.
Whoever did not attend or whoever did not have the opportunity to look, can search the Internet for the events from December the 25th 2018. and will have a chance to see, how do cops who haven’t had an error in a career for 30 years treat the citizens.
They will also have the opportunity to see what it looks like to arrest a mother who is crying with a picture of her child walking through the police cordon, asking who killed her child and whether those police officers have a mother, children, family.
She didn’t get an answer. But she got a question. The question asked to her by this “honorable” Radenko Stakić: “Do you want me to arrest you”?
He then grimly asked his subordinate where the car was, took Suzana’s hand and eliminated the threat.
The mother was arrested. After that, he continues with beating a woman in Krajina Square.
In the eyes of Stakić’s superiors, all this is spotless. Nothing terrible.
Due to all the above, the Ministry of Internal Affairs believes that Radenko Stakić should remain in the crisis headquarters of the city on the Vrbas as a representative to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Let him stay, until someone appears in the police who is even more spotless in his career.
Because, we are sure, Radenko Stakić is not the worst that the Ministry of Internal Affairs has to offer to the people of Banja Luka. We also believe that Radenko Stakić is currently a very good solution, as far as the representation of the police in Banja Luka is concerned.
For now, no one is showing what the Ministry of Internal Affairs is like from this untainted chief Stakić. He is the best indicator of the work and honesty of this institution.
Why does the Ministry of Internal Affairs support Radenko Stakić’s membership in the crisis headquarters in Banja Luka? Because no one is a more credible indicator of the work of our police.”
