At the session of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council, Sead Kreštalica, Meliha Dugalija and Hrvoje Čabrajić were appointed Deputy Chief Prosecutors of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor’s Office Sabina Sarajlija at the proposal of the Sub-Council of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Although members of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council are aware that Kreštalica is covered by a criminal complaint filed by Muriz Memić, the father of the murdered young man Dženan Memić still received support for the proposal. This morning, Memić submitted a petition with more than 11,000 signatures and a request for the removal / resignation of all members of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council to the minutes of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council.
During the discussion, members of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council resented the fact that there were no Serb candidates in the proposal.
When it comes to the election of the President of the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo, no acting president was appointed, but the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council decided to send a letter to the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo for the judges to declare and send their opinion on the candidates. The proposal of the Council was Sanja Jaramaz-Dedić.
