“It’s a small but significant step in resolving my son’s murder.”
Davor Dragicević, David Dragicevic’s father, said this during live boradcast on Facebook tonight, after it was announced today that the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina requested the delivery of cases related to David Dragicevic.
It should be reminded that the request was sent to the District Prosecutor’s Office of Banja Luka and the Special Prosecutor’s Office of the Republika Srpska. After the submission and analysis of the case, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina will make a decision on further steps and activities.
“With the evidence I have, the Justice for David group and lawyer Ifet Feraget, it is unequivocal that the Republika Srpska Interior Ministry headed by Dragan Lukac, the Banja Luka District Prosecutor’s Office headed by Zelimir Lepir and Dalibor Vreco, and many from the entity government participated in the organized murder of my son David.” – Dragicevic said.
He reminded that he is waiting for the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, upon the appeal of Feraget’s lawyer.
“I hope that the Constitutional Court will make a decision soon, and that will be one of the most important documents for the work of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina,”- Dragicevic said.
He thanked the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Chief Prosecutor Gordana Tadic.
“I hope that they will have the courage, boldness and perseverance to bring both of these cases of David and Dzenan’s murder to an end and for the murderers and criminals to find their place,” Dragicevic said, among other things.
