The continuation of the preparatory hearing on the defamation lawsuit from Dragan Lukac, Darko Ilic and Darko Culum against the father of the murdered David Dragicevic has been postponed

As you already know, two preparatory hearings were held at which Dragan Lukac, Darko Ilic and Darko Culum sued the father of the murdered David Dragicevic, Davor Dragicevic, for defamation.

According to that claim, they are asking the father of the murdered young man to pay them 8.000KM per person, which is a total of 24.000KM for this procedure, in the name of the mental pain inflicted on them, as they say “damaged reputation”. In the previous two hearings, Davor Dragicevic’s lawyer, Dragan Tolimir, presented the facts and evidence that disprove this shameful procedure of the defamation lawsuit. Dragan Tolimir, Davor Dragicevic’s lawyer, was ready to come out with new facts this time as well and completely refute the plaintiff’s request, but he was informed today that the hearing that was supposed to be held on April 5th, 2021 will be postponed for May 21st, 2021 due to the private problems of the acting judge in that case.
