Why would someone steal and destroy evidence unless they want to hide something, to cover it up?
Why would someone steal and destroy evidence in the David Dragicevic case if David was not killed?
Why would members of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior commit this theft if they do not participate in covering up the murder?
The accused Mikica Marjanac and Zoran Bosnjak have been criminals for many years. technicians with extensive service experience. As such, they knew or should have known that throwing evidence was a serious crime aimed at preventing or making it more difficult to resolve the murder of David Dragicevic.
They are charged that on March 25th, 2018, they threw underwear that was on the body of David Dragičević at the time of finding the body. And so they prevented the expertise of biological samples that would give a clearer picture of what happened in the days when David was abducted and tortured. But also a picture of how the murder was committed. Both pleaded not guilty to the indictment. But they are guilty. And they will be held accountable for the crime committed.
However, it is incomprehensible that the acting prosecutor Dalibor Vrećo wont prosecute the criminal Siniša Kojdić in the same case. An inspector who, according to testimony, is a criminal, who ordered the technicians to dump the evidence. Who’s next in the cover-up system? That is, the investigation conducted by the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina will show who ordered Inspector Kojdic to destroy the evidence. As it will show on whose order the corrupt prosecutor Dalibor Vreco works. There is no doubt that Inspector Kojdic, as well as the ubiquitous insider Inspector Marinko Matijevic, but also their superiors, will certainly be held accountable because, as members of the Ministry of internal affairs, they used their position to commit a serious criminal offense of a joint criminal “project” with the aim of covering up the murder of David Dragicevic.
Today, after more than three years, the ball is finally starting to unravel. However, if someone hoped that all the responsibility for covering up the murder would be transferred to two lower-ranking members of the criminal organization, he was wrong. We are expecting inspectors Kojdic, Kremenovic, Matijevic and others on the dock soon. As well as pathologist Karan and Culum, Ilic, Lukac…
The scope of this crime is also shown by the organized persecution and torture of the victim’s parents and the Justice for David group. They will also be responsible for the crime of persecution and human rights violations against the citizens and activists of the Justice for David group.
There is no forgiveness and forgetfulness.
There can be no negotiations.
