Prosecutor Gordana Mijatović is allegedly leading the case on charges against nine police officers

On January the 8th 2020, Ozren Perduv filed a criminal complaint against 9 police officers for the events of December the 30th 2018. At that time, police officers chased the citizens of Banja Luka like wild beasts.

At that time, they arrested a large number of activists, including Sofija Grmuša. Prominent activist Daniela Ratešić was arrested in Kuban and deprived of her liberty. Ozren Perduv was arrested at the house at half past two in the morning.

The prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor’s Office who won the case is Gordana Mijatović. She received the case only formally and after two years did absolutely nothing. Ozren Perduv twice sent a letter to the District Public Prosecutor’s Office in Banja Luka.

For the first time, he did not receive any answer, so he sent a letter to the Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who contacted the District Public Prosecutor’s Office in Banja Luka. Želimir Lepir then sent a reply that he had inspected and agreed that Gordana Mijatović would take over the case. He also said that the case is in the investigation phase and that a prosecutor’s decision will be made soon. That was in September last year. It’s been 5 months and there’s still no answer.

On February the 2nd Ozren Perduv sent a letter to Gordana Mijatović again, where he finally said that he would report her to the office of the disciplinary prosecutor, that he would inform all media about her work or reluctance, and that he would personally organize protests in front of the Prosecutor’s Office. This time, the answer came after two days where Gordana Mijatović says she is there for any kind of contact.

Justice for David activists do not need any contact, only that she does her job, which she has not done for two years. In response, Gordana Mijatović points out that she must carry out additional actions.

Justice activist for David, Dino Maksimović, received a call a few days ago from Gordana Mijatović, who has something to do with the case. He is asked to come to the Prosecution and be a witness on February the 18th 2021 at 12 o’clock. Activist and president of the citizens’ association “The Path of Justice” Sofija Grmuša also received the invitation. The activists will be very happy to go to the Banja Luka District Public Prosecutor’s Office on the scheduled date.

Ozren Perduv also sent a letter to the Prosecutor of the Banja Luka District Public Prosecutor’s Office, Tanja Mrđa, who is conducting proceedings against Davor Dragičević, Ozren Perduv and Sofia Grmuša. The Prosecutor of the Banja Luka District Public Prosecutor’s Office, Tanja Mrđa, also responded within one day. Tanja Mrđa is the third Prosecutor to handle this case. The prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor’s Office in Banja Luka, Goran Rakić, conducted proceedings against activists Petar Perduv, Borislav Želić, and Rade Šljivić. He also failed to cope with the case, so Žana Bojić took over the case. She also failed, so now the case is with Tanja Mrđa. Tanja Mrđa says that the case is very complex 🙂 🙂 If this is complex … how complex is than the subject of the organized murder of David Dragičević in her opinion? We openly ask her ?!
