The following is a list of illogical and open-ended questions:

Illogicality No. 1 On the 26th March 2018 representatives of the Republic of Srpska MUP (Ministry of Internal Affairs) held a press conference on the Dragicevic case. It was announced that the main reason for holding the press conference was public outrage and possible disruption of security situation due to various messages sent through social networks.

The question we ask is – has the goal really been achieved? Has the public been appeased? No, absolutely not. This is evidenced by the daily gatherings of citizens on Krajina Square.

What happened next? Several senior officials of Republic of Srpska have admitted publicly that the conference was hastened and that it was a mistake. Even if we try to accept that the conference was an unintentional mistake still the question arises, why in the days that followed they didn’t exert the maximum effort to finally appease the public. After the conference came silence and inaction of the institutions.

When it comes to appeasing the public, the following must be mentioned:

On the 4th of July 2018 it was announced that the District Public Prosecutor’s Office in Banja Luka has issued an Order to investigate the death of the tragically injured David Dragicevic. On that day for the FIRST TIME the public finds out that there is this witness, who lives near the house where the alleged burglary took place, who heard the noise involving altercation, some breaking and someone or something, falling into the water and the like? One thing that is most controversial in that Order is the fact that the statement of this witness was taken on 30th March 2018 and on 2nd April 2018.

Gentlemen functionaries, how is it possible that the public only heard of this three months after taking of the statement from this so called key witness?  Is there a better way to keep the public calm than to release information about the existence of such a witness the moment it was discovered that the witness exists? Unfortunately it did not happen.

On the 5th July 2018 Chief District Attorney (CDA) Zelimir Lepir, was a guest on a TV show called “ATV specijal”, where he said that this alleged witness was recently discovered.

“In cooperation with authorized officials during individual investigative actions we discovered this witness. That is, it was not disclosed in the materials provided for the Prosecution. ”- said Zelimir Lepir.

On the statement of the journalist that this witness was recently identified, CDA Lepir shortly replied – “That’s right.”
Prosecutor Lepir, what do you mean by recently; when in the order by Prosecution, which you lead, it was said that statements of this witness were taken as early as on 30th March and on 2nd April 2018. So you knew about this witness even then.
However, Prosecutor Lepir gave an interview to Vecernje Novosti only a day or two after his appearance on the aforementioned TV show and commented differently on the statement of the alleged key witness. This time he did not mention that the witness had been discovered recently, but that it had been established exactly on 30th March 2018 and on 2nd April 2018.

Let’s read carefully that part of Prosecutor Lepir’s interview with Vecernje Novosti:

Photo – Part of Prosecutor Lepir’s interview with Vecernje Novosti

What is the truth now, that the witness was only recently discovered or discovered a few days after David’s body was found?

So, did Prosecutor Lepir speak the truth on a TV show or in an interview with Vecernje Novosti?

Assuming that it is true that this witness allegedly made the key statement on 30th March 2018 i.e. 2nd  April 2018, one question arises; why was this witness waiting this long? What this witness heard happened on 18th March 2018, and is it really possible that she did not call the police that night to report what was happening nearby, if not that night, then at least the following morning. The next day it was already known that David had disappeared. The search for him had taken days. Is it possible that this witness did not think, not even for a second, that it could have been David and that she should inform the police and David’s parents of her findings as soon as possible and thus try to help. If we assume that this is true, that this witness was discovered recently, the question is why did the witness wait for more than three months to say this? Wasn’t it doubtful to the investigating authorities that after so long someone reports what she heard that fatal night? What did actually happen so that someone decides to tell what one knows after so long?

Illogicality No. 2 What about the statement from Mrs. Jovanka Bosnjak, who lives across the street from  the Metal School in Banja Luka and who on that fateful night, saw a group of people beating a young man who was suspected to be David Dragicevic? The lady saw it right that fatal night when David disappeared. According to David’s parents, the aforementioned lady still stands responsibly behind her words and will not withdraw her statement even at the cost of her life.

On 25th May 2018 the Chief of the Criminal Police Directorate of the RS Ministry of Internal Affairs, Sinisa Kosteresevic, stated during a hearing before the Survey Committee of The National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska that this lady’s statement really existed, but that they absolutely could not determine that the fight actually happened.

On the other hand, out of the blue, after more than three months, information emerged about this alleged witness who became crucial to the prosecution. Based on that witness’s statement, the District Public Prosecutor’s Office issued an order to carry out investigation against several NN persons for the murder of David Dragicevic.

Let’s read this witness’s statement carefully:

Photo 1 – Witness statement (Sladjana Maric)

The aforementioned Mrs. Jovanka Bosnjak, who saw the fight with her own eyes, was discovered immediately after the disappearance of David Dragicevic. It took more than three months for this other witness Sladjana Maric who lives in Laus and who allegedly heard something to become known to the public. It turned out that the statement of this other witness was more valuable to the investigating authorities.Let us now turn our attention to what Sladjana Maric the witness stated (Photo 1):

At about 4 o’clock in the morning a loud noise, quarrel and shouting woke up the witness Sladjana Maric. The witness heard strong and hysterical male voice. Since Velibor Janjetovic Janje Street is densely populated it is interesting and strange that no one else heard anything.
Let’s have a look at the photo of the street. Is it really possible that only one person heard a “loud noise, quarrel, shouting, strong and hysterical male voice”?

The witness even managed to discern threats, “one hysterical male voice” and “two or three other male voices”.
The witness allegedly also recognized “two powerful blows” as well as “that something or somebody had fell into the water” which made her think “ that someone had died at that moment”.
What does the sound of “the fall” sounds and how can one tell that someone died?

The last sentence of her statement – “The witness stated that she was so scared and disturbed by the incident to such an extent that she even forgot to fast that Sunday.”
We conclude that the witness is a believer and that she was on her fasting days.
Is it possible that someone like that does not feel a moral obligation to react IMMEDIATELY?
How come that this witness gave her statement for the first time on 30th March, even though the disappearance of David Dragicevic was reported on the 18th March, the following morning from that incident for which she made the statement?  The media, the family and friends started their own search for the missing David. A reward of 100.000KM was offered for any information. How come the witness did not find it appropriate to immediately notify or contact the police or David’s parents about her alleged information on the night between 17th and 18th March 2018?

Illogicality No.3 The Head of the Directorate for Organized and Serious Crime of the RS Ministry of Internal Affairs Darko Ilic attended the press conference on 26th March 2018. He also devoted part of his time to burglary in Velibor Janjetovic Janje Street, Laus. On that occasion he announced the following information – when the house was robbed, when the theft was reported, what was stolen from that house, what of the stolen items were found in David’s pocket, etc.
However, at that moment, Chief Ilic Darko did not mention that the house inspection had not been carried out.
The public learned about this after more than a month (4th May, 2018), when at the request of the Republic of Srpska (RS) Minister of Internal Affairs Dragan Lukac, (RS) Police Director Darko Culum replaced the commander of the Laus Police Station and his deputy.

The question is, if it wasn’t for the constant pressure from the public who knows if the public would have ever found out that no investigation was conducted on the allegedly robbed house.
Why didn’t Darko Ilic say at the press conference that the “omission” occurred since police never carried out the investigation of the house?

Illogicality No.4 It is a well-known fact that the inspection of the allegedly robbed house was not carried out and as a result of that certain persons who are responsible also suffered certain sanctions, i.e. Upon the request by Minister Dragan Lukac, the RS Police Director Darko Culum dismissed the commander of the Laus police station. Also, another inspector from the same police station was suspended. Based on statements made by Minister Lukac in the NSRS (National Assembly) on the 10th May 2018 and before the NSRS Survey Committee on the 25th May 2018, as well as on the basis of statements made by RS Police Director Darko Culum before the NSRS Inquiry Committee on 22nd May 2018 the following was concluded:

1. Radjeni, whose house was allegedly robbed, reported theft on 18th March 2018 in the early morning hours, i.e.at around 8 o’clock the morning.

2. The police patrol then arrives at the scene on the same day around 08:49 (seen on surveillance camera footage of the Vesto hostel).

3. The police inspector decides not to investigate the scene; instead he calls Radjen to come to the Laus police station to make a statement, which Radjen did at about 11 am.

4. On the next day, Monday, 19th March 2018 police inspector came to the scene and stated that there was no need to carry out the investigation, because things were moved and the scene was contaminated.

However, there is one strange thing that happened when the police patrol arrived on the scene on 18th March 2018 immediately after Radjen reported theft.

Namely, the surveillance camera on “Vesto” hostel shows the vehicle is coming around 08:49 on 18th March 2018. Two police officers got out of the car. They were greeted by Djordje Radjen and they all entered the house together, where they stayed for ten minutes.

However, when leaving the house, one police officer goes and sits in the car, while the other police officer behaved strangely. Namely, he gets behind the car and takes something off the tarmac or leaves something on it. He was bent over like that for a few seconds.

If he is picking something from off the ground, the question is, what is he picking? Is he taking something that can be a piece of evidence? If so, can something that can be evidence can be taken like that with bare hands, with no gloves on, without taking photos of the actual evidence. If it’s not evidence than what it is? On the other hand, if he is placing something on the ground, what does that mean? Planting of evidence?

Illogicality No. 5 Amongst other documents a report containing toxicological findings of the blood and urine of David Dragicevic was submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office on 29th March 2018 by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. That report was done by the Institute for Forensic Medicine of the Republic of Srpska. These findings indicated the presence of LSD and cannabis.

In the second autopsy report, Dr. Ivica Milosavljevic also noted the presence of the same substances.
After some time, we first found out that the RS Institute of Forensic Medicine is not actually technically equipped for this kind of analysis. So how could they have issued that kind of report? And why was it done?
The parents, on their own initiative, took part of David’s hair to an expert witness in Vienna. The sample was tested for over 200 opiates and determined whether there had been any opiate consumption in the previous 6 months. It depends on the length of the hair and for how long it can be observed in the past. And? Nothing was found except for the almost negligible amount of cannabis that can also be displayed in the passive smoking section (even if you are not consuming but are in a smoky room and breathing such air).
Prosecutor Lepir himself said that findings from Zagreb confirm that no drugs were present in the blood and urine.
So, how is it possible that the two findings mentioned above proved otherwise?

President of the Republic of Sprska Milorad Dodik and UP Minister of Internal Affairs Dragan Lukac said that David’s uncle (David has no uncle) told them that David used LSD. The Minister added in the National Assembly of RS that LSD is a hallucinogenic drug. Was LSD randomly selected? Was he actually trying to justify the accident – falling into the water? (Because it’s no wonder he fell into the river if he was under the influence of such a drug). And, the toxicology report from Zagreb showed no presence of any drug in blood or urine.

And, logically, the next question arises – How can a person who is under the influence of alcohol, LSD and cannabis move normally (and we saw David moving in the footage from Krajina Square where he was clearly seen), but also on the footage where some officials claim to be David (footage of entering and leaving the house allegedly robbed by David) How can anyone rob a house under the influence of all those drugs?

We have a reasonable doubt that the story of LSD is not accidental but on the contrary.

——————————

Illogicality No. 6 The Minister of Internal Affairs of Republic of Srpska stated that forensic expert from Slovenia, Mr. Gregor Kovac when analyzing footage of someone entering and leaving allegedly robbed house, conformed that there was an 80% match it could be David.

After Mr. Gregor Kovac heard what Minister Lukac had said, he gave a public statement to the local Slovenian Newspapers stating that his estimate could not be given in percentages and that he had analyzed the person’s height and walk. And, looking at that aspect, on a scale from -4 to 4 the expert witness gave a rating of 2. So he determined by that number that there was a certain similarity in terms of height and manner of walking. The expert further added that the identity of the person could not be verified on the basis of the footage presented to him.

The question is, why did Minister Lukac, as a representative of a serious institution, allow himself to give lump sums and incomplete facts in such sensitive case?

Illogicality No. 7 On the 5th July 2018 Chief District Attorney (CDA) Zelimir Lepir, was a guest on a TV show called “ATV specijal”. Amongst other things he also said that they immediately seized certain camera footages taken in the vicinity of the robbed house and added the following comment – “We will be checking it out now.”

Question for Prosecutor Lepir: “What did you mean by “We will be checking it out now”? You appeared on the show after more than three months since it all happened and you are saying that you are going to check something now. Wasn’t three months enough to check it all out, present it to the public and calm the public down?

Illogicality No. 8 Sinisa Kosteresevic, Chief of the Criminal Police Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RS, during a hearing before the NSRS Board of Inquiry on 22nd May 2018 said that the recording from Krajina Square clearly shows David and that some persons were identified. We assumed that he was referring to the two persons David shook hands with because Minister Lukac said in his statements that the two persons were identified. Chief Kosteresevic adds that these two partially seen persons have not been identified. The persons who intercepted David are the two persons which faces are partially seen in the video, so we conclude that it is them that yet have not been identified.

But the video clearly shows two people David said goodbye to and for whom the Minister said they were identified are getting up and going towards David who is talking to some people who intercepted him and who, we assume, have not been identified. The logical question that arises is – Couldn’t these two persons help to identify the persons who intercepted David?

Illogicality No. 9 The investigation in the case of murder of David Dragicevic was first led by Darko Ilic’s administration, and since 19th April 2018 Sinisa Kostresevic’s department took over the investigation. So, after a month (an important information!), the investigation is taken over by another RS Ministry of Internal Affairs Directorate.

During the hearing of Chief Sinisa Kosteresevic, one sentence from his police report was read before the NSRS Board of Inquiry:

“Video surveillance recordings that were taken of off several buildings, from March 17th to March 18th were deleted.”

Chief Kosteresevic confirmed this sentence from the report with the justification that they were included in the investigation one month after the event occurred, and the period of time for which most of the video surveillance recordings are kept is one month.

The question arises for the Directorate that initially started to conduct the investigation, i.e. for the Chief of that Department, Darko Ilic:” How is it possible that the other Police Department came to the conclusion that video surveillance from 17th to 18th March was deleted from many facilities. It does not say one or two objects in the report. It says – many objects. How is it possible that you did not exempt this recording in time?

In a situation like this where the public is upset and looking for answers, presumably everything should be excluded as soon as possible.

The question is whether this is an accidental and unintentional “omission”?

Illogicality No. 10 The Head of the Organized and Serious Crime Directorate of the RS Ministry of Internal Affairs Darko Ilic attended the press conference on 26th March 2018. He was answering a journalist’s question whether the participants in the fight in which David participated (referring to the fight in front of the Meta café) were potentially suspicious, among other things, he said the following: „… The criminal processing of these persons, their phones, and their base stations, their movements, their alibies… we have completely resolved all of that. All these facts are completely resolved so at that moment due to speculations I say very clearly that there are no indications which indicate that…“

We conclude that the “complete disclosure” of the facts was based on the aforementioned base station prints. Please note that this was stated on 26th March 2018.

Let’s look now at the proposal that the RS Criminal Police Directorate addressed to the competent Prosecutor’s Office on April 27th, 2018. This Directorate is headed by Sinisa Kosteresevic (who took over the investigation on April 19th 2018 from Darko Ilic who was leading an investigation until that day):

What does this mean now?

One month after Chief Ilic was talking about base stations and the “complete disclosure” of the facts based on them, the other Directorate which took over the investigation, sent a proposal to the Prosecution to order telecommunication operators to deliver reports for all telecommunication traffic from these base stations.

What kind of information from these base stations did Chief Ilic talk about?

Was there any information at that time?

We conclude that the “complete disclosure” of the facts was based on the aforementioned base station prints. Please note this was stated on 26th March 2018. What does this mean now?

One month after Chief Ilic mentioned base stations and the “full disclosure” of the facts based on them, the other Police Directorate, which took over the investigation, sends the proposal to the Prosecutor’s Office to order telecommunications operators to deliver all telecommunications traffic reports from these base stations.

What kind of information from base stations did Chief Ilic talk about?
Was there any information at that time?

It is important to note that data from base stations, like videos from surveillance cameras, is stored for a maximum of 30 days.
Sinisa Kostresevic who took over from Darko Ilic sends a proposal to the Prosecution on 27th April 2018 to exclude data from these base stations. Clearly, this is certainly more than 30 days after the fatal night when David Dragicevic disappeared.

Did they deliberately wait for those crucial 30 days to pass (base station prints are stored for 30 days), and only then this information was formally requested. Missing the data.

Why didn’t the Prosecution office request information from the base stations immediately after their investigation on this case began?

Illogicality No. 11 Question for everyone involved in the investigation – Isn’t it more than weird that (recording from Krajina Square where David is unequivocally seen) while David is talking to the people who intercepted him, a group of 7 men is walking not far from behind him, 6 of whom are surely holding umbrellas in their hands and who turned and looked in the direction where David was standing.

https://i1.wp.com/pravdazadavida.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/38e18-kisobrani.jpg?w=1300&ssl=1

Is it not weird that such a big group of men is holding umbrellas at that time of night when it does not rain (visibly dry concrete on the Square)? Not just one man or two, but six men.

Is this not suspicious to the investigating authorities; did it attract their attention; arouse suspicion; and did they even try to identify them?
According to the statements made so far this question could not be answered positively.

Illogicality No. 12 What about David’s underwear? Where did it disappear? How did it disappear? How could such thing be allowed to happen in such a sensitive case?
One of the first autopsy pictures clearly show David’s unbuttoned trousers and underneath David’s underwear.
The pathologist himself who did the first autopsy, Doctor Zeljko Karan, stated in his autopsy report that the clothes were dried, neatly packed and handed over to the police.
The underwear is gone now. How? Why? Does anyone bear responsibility for such an “omission”?

Illogicality No. 13 The lady who first saw the body at the mouth of creek Crkvena into river Vrbas, called the police. They called the fire department. David’s father had reported on several occasions that firefighters had told him that the body was on a dry sandy surface because of the low water level of Crkvena (into which fecal water flows) and that not one part of David’s body was in the water. Firefighters hooked the body with a rope and pulled it to shore.
If so, how is it possible that on the official photos taken by the Ministry of Internal Affairs the body was in the water?

Illogicality No. 14 In the police photo documentation of the location of David’s body, one of the photos show that David’s belt was almost unbuckled. But another photo from the same documentation shows the same strap, but this time the belt strap was tightened and buckled. You can even see that the belt buckle is completely wiped and clean.

So, there are two options.
The first option: The belt was unbuckled and then someone buckled it up.
If this is true than another logical question comes to mind; how is it possible that David’s belt unbuckled itself in water to such an extent? Is it possible that it was unbuckled at the moment when he “found himself” in the water for the first time. What does that say? And who had the audacity to do so and why would anyone buckle up the belt and then take pictures of it?
The second option: The belt was buckled and then someone unbuckled it? Why would anyone do this at all? Is that allowed, not to say against the law?

Illogicality No. 15 The autopsy of David’s body was done twice.
The first autopsy was conducted on 25th March 2018 by the Institute of Forensic Medicine of the Republic of Srpska, by doctor pathologist Zeljko Karan.
The second autopsy was done on 28th March 2018 at the request of the parents and was conducted by doctor Ivica Milosavljevic, Head of Forensic Medicine, Institute of Pathology and Forensic Medicine, MMA in Belgrade.
One of the differences in the report is the time which David’s body spent in the water.
Doctor Karan’s first report states that the body spent a maximum of 7 days in the water.

In a second report doctor Milosavljevic states that the body spent 2 to a maximum of 4 days in water.

This is how doctor Karan commented on his colleague’s differing opinions:

“A colleague from Belgrade did not consider one thing, which he probably did not know. At that time the temperature was -10, -12 degrees. And the water was very cold. ”- Zeljko Karan

Purposely or not, Doctor Karan did not state the facts.
Here are the temperatures for those days (downloaded from Accuweather):

So, no way temperatures were -10 or -12 degrees. We can see that even daytime temperatures have been positive all those days.
Since Doctor Karan’s claim about the temperatures in Banja Luka these days is not valid, we conclude that Doctor Milosavljevic is not mistaken and again a logical question arises – If the time spent in the water is a maximum of 4 days and the body was found on 24th of March 2018 what was happening with David on 18th, 19th and 20th of March? The conclusion of doctor Milosavljevic report leads to the fact that David was not in the water on those days and that he was alive.

Illogicality No. 16 How much money was allegedly stolen from a robbed house?
The Head of the Directorate for Organized and Serious Crime Darko Ilic stated at the press conference on 26th March 2018 that about 200 KM had been stolen. However, in the letter, from the Ministry of Internal Affairs to the National Assembly of RS Board of Inquiry “Information on conducted activities regarding death of David Dragicevic”, it said that David stole about 180 KM (as it was reported by the house owner).

At the same press conference, Darko Ilic said that after finding David’s body, 170KM was found in his pockets and Doctor Karan immediately corrected him and said that it was not 170KM but 180KM. Since the press conference was the day after the autopsy, it is no wonder why Darko Ilic mentioned the amount of 170KM and Doctor Karan the amount of KM 180.
Specifically, on two photographs (one taken by Doctor Karan and the other one taken by a criminal technician in Ministry of Internal Affairs) one can immediately discern the difference in the photos regarding things found in David’s pockets.

Photo taken by RS Police (170KM):

Photo taken by Doctor Zeljko Karan (180KM)

Let us go back to the document sent from RS Ministry of Internal Affairs “Information on conducted activities regarding death of David Dragicevic” and read the amount of money was found with David in his pockets:

The question is – where did the 10KM disappear from the photograph taken by the police?
Also, if you take a closer look at both photos you will notice that the banknotes are arranged differently. Why?
Also, you will notice that the “Swiss knife” is also turned differently? Why?
Why did anyone even touch already sorted and photographed things? Is this allowed according to the Law???
Other things on the table are intact.
Even if this was an unintentional omission it still causes doubt.

Illogicality No. 17 The body of David Dragicevic was found at the mouth of the stream Crkvena into river Vrbas. The above mentioned site is in the city center itself.
However, the record of the investigation stated the following:

“The scene was secured by two police officers from Lazarevo Police Station, Bosnjak Mile and Nebojsa Topalovic.”

The logical question is – Why would members of Lazarevo PS secure the scene when the body was found in the center of the city?
Although the Police Stations Center, Obilicevo and Laus are closer to the scene, the scene was not secured by the police officers from these stations, but by members of the Lazarevo PS – which is settled on the outskirts of the city and is the farthest from the place of the investigation in relation to the above mentioned Police stations. Why?

Illogicality No. 18 The Head of the Directorate for Organized and Serious Crime of the RS MUP Darko Ilic attended the  press conference on 26th March 2018 and stated which items, according to the “victim’s” report, were stolen during a burglary at Velibor Janjetovic Janje Street, amongst other thing. He mentioned USB stick and that it was also stolen. Commenting later on what was found in David’s pockets, Chief Ilic said that the USB stick was found. However, in the document (“Information on conducted activities regarding death of David Dragicevic “), which was submitted by the RS Ministry of Internal Affairs to the National Assembly RS Board of Inquiry and when listing the items that were allegedly stolen from the house of Djordje Radjen there was absolutely no mention of any USB stick.

Photo 1- Stolen items from the house of Djordje Radjen

Photo 2 – Items Djordje Radjen reported to have been allegedly stolen from his house

Also, there is no USB stick in the photos of things found in David’s pockets:

Photo 3 – Items found in David’s pockets

However, the document also lists the things that were found in David’s pockets:

Photo 4 – items found in David’s pockets

Also on a basis of this document we see that USB stick was found on David.

In short:

Was the USB stick really stolen during the alleged robbery of Djordje Radjen’s house?
Was USB stick really found in David’s pockets? If so, was it a stolen USB stick (if it was really stolen) or was is just David’s own USB stick?

Illogicality No. 19 Now let’s look at what David allegedly stole from the Radjen’s house. The items are listed in the document (“Information on conducted activities regarding death of David Dragicevic “), which was submitted to the National Assembly of RS Board of Inquiry by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RS:

The same document also mentions the statement of the owner of the allegedly robbed house, Djordje Radjen:

The Head of the Directorate for Organized and Serious Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RS Darko Ilic attended a press conference on 26th March 2018. He listed the items stolen during the burglary in Velibor Janjetovic Janje Street but not once mentioned the allegedly stolen internet bank card or the allegedly stolen sunglasses.

He never mentioned that these items were stolen nor that they were found on David. Why?

Illogicality No. 20 Let’s take a look at how Chief District Attorney Zelimir Lepir commented on the aforementioned press conference on 26th March 2018.
First, let’s take a look at how Chief Ilic when being interviewed by the Board of Inquiry on 18th May 2018 commented on his conversation with Prosecutor Lepir regarding a press conference:

Let’s look at how Prosecutor Lepir commented on the press conference while he was interrogated before the Board of Inquiry on 25th May 2018:

But let’s take a look now at how Prosecutor Lepir commented the same press conference on 5th July 2018 when he was interviewed on the ATV (local TV station) regarding the Dragicevic case.
“I have to tell you honestly, that press conference was rushed and I think it caused all this hustle because the main prosecutor was not present and the prosecutor is the one leading the investigation …
Why did the prosecutor change his mind regarding the press conference?
Why didn’t he express that attitude when he was addressing the National Assembly of RS regarding the Dragicevic case on 10th May 2018, or, why didn’t he state such attitude during the hearing before the National Assembly’s Board of Inquiry on 25th May 2018.
Does this mean that he did not speak the truth in the first two times?

Illogicality No. 21 What is undeniable and what everyone agrees on are the locations where David was on the night between 17th and 18th March 2018.
These locations are as follows:
1. Meta Café,
2. Downtown Café,
3. Factory Club,
4. Café “988”.
But the official statements about time when David was in those places do not match. Specifically, Chief Darko Ilic attended the press conference on 26th March 2018 and stated the following:
1. At about 11:30pm he was at the Meta Café.
2. After that, he goes to the Downtown Café.

3. Let’s look at how Chief Ilic commented on David’s departure to the Fabrika Club:

After Café bar Downtown, David goes to the “Fabrika” Club, which means around 11:30pm, where he arrives at around midnight”.

1. At 2:20, David leaves the “Fabrika” Club and heads to Café “988”.
Where was David at 11:30 pm? Darko Ilic first says at the Meta Café and then reports that at about 11:30 pm he left the Downtown Café and headed towards the “Fabrika” Club.
The important note here is that Chief Ilic did not share this information out of his head, but he was reading all the dates, locations and timelines which he had written on a piece of paper.
But let us now take a look at what is written in the document (“Information on conducted activities regarding death of David Dragicevic “) provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs to the National Assembly of RS Board of Inquiry regarding the following locations where David was:

1. Around 22:30 he arrived at the Meta Café.
2. From about 23:30 until about 00:30 he was at the Downtown Café.
3. About 00:30 he goes to the club “Fabrika”, where he stayed until about 02:00.
4. After that, he goes to the “988” Café.

It was obvious that the information provided by Darko Ilic does not match the information in the official document by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. How is that possible? At the press conference Darko Ilic gave accurate information about the locations where David was, but what about the timings when David was in those locations? Why is that data different?
If this is also an unintentional “omission” then why have none of the people responsible made a public appearance and announced to the public the reasons for the time discrepancy?
Which of these statements regarding the information is correct? Is it the data presented at the press conference or information in the official document written by the Ministry of Internal Affairs?
Is it reasonable to suspect that the difference in time “occurred” in order to “tune up” a certain story where it would be confirmed that David was indeed on Laus and robbed the house?

Illogicality no. 22 When did David leave the “Fabrika” (located in the basement of Boska department store in the city center) and head for the “988” Café?
Camera footage of the “City” café that covers part of Krajina Square shows David walking from the direction of “Fabrika” club to the “988” Café. He was caught on camera around 2:25am.
Therefore, Darko Ilic’s claim that David left the “Fabrika” club at about 2:20 (illogicality No. 17) is correct. However, what about the information in the document (“Information on conducted activities regarding death of David Dragicevic “), which was submitted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs to the National Assembly Board of Inquiry, stating that David stayed at “Fabrika” until about 2:00? The document says that after the club, David headed to the “988” Café. David is seen on the camera at 2:25 and is clearly seen leaving “Fabrika” and going towards “988” Café. Let’s look at the map of the locations where David went that night:

Therefore, at the press conference the exact time of David leaving the club “Fabrika” was announced. Why does the MIA document, which was made and submitted after the conference, contain different information about the time? It is no longer 2:20 but 2:00. The question is, where did the 20 minutes go?

Is it reasonable to suspect that the difference in time “occurred” in order to “tune up” a certain story where it would be confirmed that David was indeed on Laus and robbed the house?

Illogicality no. 23  Let us take a look at another “omission”. Head of the Organized and Serious Crime Directorate of the RS Ministry of Internal Affairs Darko Ilic attended a press conference on 26th March 2018. At one moment he was pointing on the map which way David was moving, where the house was allegedly robbed by David. Namely, the map shows important objects – the bakery “Zmijanje”, the hostel “Vesto” and the company “MK”.

But let’s take a look at the map. Letter “P” should represent “Zmijanje” bakery:

Let’s take a closer look at this map:

The place marked with the letter “P” is not the “Zmijanje”  bakery as said at the press conference, but the company “Deta Comerc doo” (electrical materials). Now let’s look at the true location of the “Zmijanje” Bakery (location marked with a red circle):
