Justice for David and all children of Bosnia and Herzegovina

Ozren Perduv, Gordana Bojanic, Vedran Beric and Stevan Maric won their cases in court after police pressed charges for the disorder of public peace. All charges are dropped based on insufficient evidence. Police pressed approximately between 150-200 charges in aggregate. Most of them are for the disorder of public peace. These are the first cases to get to court, and all four of them ended in acquittal. This is a clear sign that people are being subject of selective prosecution, in the hope that people would get scared and that they would stop gathering.
