District Court in Banja Luka, judge Šukalo Sunita with the participation of Alma Ahmetović-Ramić as a recorder in the administrative dispute on the lawsuit of Perduv Ozren from Banja Luka, human rights activist “Justice for David” and president of the political party “Justice Movement” against the City of Banja Luka On July the 17th 2020. rendered a verdict to Mayor Igor Radojičić in the case of communal treatment, removal of objects and things from the public area:
The lawsuit is upheld and the disputed act is annulled. The mayor is obliged to reimburse the costs incurred in conducting this administrative-court dispute in the amount of 950.00 KM, which he is obliged to pay within 30 days of receiving this final court judgment.
On the occasion of the new appointment of the new mayor Draško Stanvuković, Perduv Ozren from Banja Luka, human rights activist “Justice for David” and president of the political party “Movement of Justice”, spoke:
“You were silent on the crime of the murdered David. You were silent on the persecution, harassment and discrimination of the citizens of the city. You allowed communal police officers to pluck flowers planted as a memorial to our murdered fellow citizen. You cried for an interrupted concert that was not even planned to happen, as well as for a mix that was not even destroyed. You did not pay “Justice for David” 950 KM because of your acts regarding David’s heart, which were destroyed by you, and which the court determined to be illegal. That’s why you’re leaving. Igor, you are leaving and don’t come back to us! ”
Perduv Ozren from Banja Luka, human rights activist “Justice for David” and president of the political party “Movement of Justice” used the opportunity to congratulate the new mayor of Banja Luka: “I congratulate the new mayor on taking office with faith and hope not even to think that he is doing what Radojicic did! ”
