Hearing held for Suzana Radanović, mother of the murdered David Dragičević: The public was not allowed to attend

Today in the Basic Court in Banja Luka at 8.30 am the main trial in case no. 71 0 P 313490 19 P in which Suzana Radanović, the mother of the murdered David Dragičević, is being sued for defamation by RS MUP inspector Dubravko Kremenović.

  • For the second time, the acting judge Snježana Savić does not allow the public to attend the hearing, not even Davor Dragičević, the father of the murdered David Dragičević.

So far, all requests for attendance at hearings have been granted to us, except for the acting judge in this case. We are also informed that additional anti-epidemiological measures are not in force, but the same measures as before, which relate to distance and the use of protective masks indoors, specifically in the courtroom – according to the group “Justice for David”.

They add that, given that the public is very interested in this process, the judge was obliged to provide conditions so that the public could attend and follow the trial.

  • It is important to note that the judge did not accept most of the evidence from the lawyer Dragan Tolimir, who represents Suzana. We especially emphasize the evidence – the appeal of the Constitutional Court of BiH was adopted, which established a violation of the right to life of Suzana and Davor, and based on that evidence, the process initiated against Suzana should be stopped immediately.

We got the impression that the judge does not want to conduct this process transparently and fairly, and we will complain again about her actions to the HJPC – it was stated.
