Sofia Grmusa was summoned for questioning as a witness in the investigation. The hearing is scheduled for March 22, 2022. at 12 o’clock in the premises of the District Public Prosecutor’s Office in Banja Luka.

Unfortunately, there is no prosecutor in the OJTBL who will conduct an adequate investigation in the direction of prosecuting the perpetrators. We have an example of the case of the murder of David Dragicevic, which was assigned to prosecutor Dalibor Vreco from the “COVERAGE” department, and we have an example of criminal charges filed by Justice for David, which are assigned to prosecutors from the “DO NOTHING” department.
What we expect is that the acting prosecutor will issue an order to suspend the investigation in this case as well.
The problem is that the PROSECUTOR HAS HUGE POWER OVER WHICH HE HAS NO MECHANISM OF NOR INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL CONTROL AND THAT IN THE HANDS OF AN UNCONSCIOUS PROSECUTOR, ANY INVESTIGATION MAY BE OBSTRUCTED AND INTENTIONALLY RUINED.
