We are addressing you due to the suspicion that our security is endangered by the police officers !!!
You probably know that gatherings of the informal group of citizens “Justice for David” (hereinafter NGG “Justice for David”) every day at the same time in the center of Banja Luka (Krajina Square). For the last 20 days or so, we have been in the parking lot in the one-way street of Milan Tepic, which is located right next to the Petar Kocic Park, that is, right next to Krajina Square, we spotted an Audi vehicle (model A6) (hereinafter Audi), with completely tinted windows. And that is exactly at the time when the gathering of NGG “Justice for David” is being held on Krajina Square.
An event that particularly upset us happened on Saturday, April 17th, 2021. at the moment when, after the end of the gathering on Krajina Square, we headed towards the vehicle of Perduv Ozren, which was parked directly in front of the Audi. As we approached the Perduv Ozren vehicle, we noticed that the driver of the Audi was lowering the window, only about 10cm. However, when we started to move from that parking lot, at that moment the Audi started following us. Ozren stopped the vehicle and went back. However, the same was done by the Audi driver who was right behind us. After a few moments, Ozren started moving again. The Audi followed us! Seeing what was happening, after a few meters Ozren took the only available parking space. Audi behind us had no choice but to continue driving.
The next day, Sunday, April 18th, 2021. During the gathering of NGG “Justice for David” and during the usual live recording on our Facebook group, we noticed the same Audi driving very slowly along the main road next to Krajina Square (King Peter I Karadjordjevic) where we were. The vehicle was moving so slow as if the driver wanted to let us know that he was there, that he is watching us.
The registration plates of that vehicle are J98-E-462 and we enclose our photo of the mentioned vehicle. Please note that we noticed that the sign SAJ (“Special Anti-Terrorist Unit” of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Srpska) hangs on the rearview mirror in the vehicle. Also, on the control panel, right next to the windshield, we noticed a crown, golden in color, not too big. It is important to add that on one occasion during the disputed period, we noticed uniformed persons in that vehicle. Although the windows of the Audi are completely tinted, we are sure that they were wearing police uniforms.
So, we justifiably suspect that the police are behind this monitoring! When we keep in mind that our criticism has been directed at dishonest people from the police and the prosecution for more than three years, when we have in mind what we have experienced from dishonest members of the police and especially when we have in mind that certain police officers are linked to the murder of David Dragicevic, then we have reason to worry about our safety.
We do not have any trust in the work of the police station Banja Luka Center, because a large number of police officers of that station participated in the persecution, repression and discrimination against members of the NGG “Justice for David”. Some even gave false testimony in the trials that took place, since we demanded a court decision on the basis of a large number of misdemeanor warrants issued by the mentioned police officers. We have filed several criminal charges against a large number of dishonorable members of the police, according to which the acting prosecutors are still conducting investigative actions.
We ask that you investigate all our allegations and inform us of the results of the investigation as soon as possible. We declare all of the above under full criminal and material responsibility. There is no playing with things like this and. But, in this whole situation, it seems to us that someone is “playing” police and institutions.
We warn in time and seek protection in a timely manner and that you will conduct adequate and urgent investigative actions that will confirm or deny our allegations and suspicions.
We justifiably suspect that the criminal offense of Stalking under Article 144 paragraph 1) of the Criminal Code of the Republika Srpska has been committed.
Article 144 paragraph 1)
(1) Whoever persistently and for a long time monitors or stalks another person or directly or through a third person seeks to establish or establish unwanted contact or otherwise causes changes in life habits, anxiety or fear for ones own safety or the safety of those close to that person, shall be punished by a fine or imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years.
