Davor Dragicevic, the father of the murdered David Dragicevic, filed criminal charges in August 2018 against: Dragan Lukac, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Srpska, Darko Ilic, then head of the Directorate for Organized and Serious Crime, Darko Culum, then director of police, and now director of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), Zeljko Karan, director of the Institute of Forensic Medicine, Zelimir Lepir, then Chief Prosecutor of the Banja Luka District Public Prosecutor’s Office, and Dalibor Vreco, still acting Prosecutor of the Banja Luka District Public Prosecutor’s Office.
On March the 26th this year, Ifet Feraget, the lawyer of the Dragicevic family, filed an amendment to the said criminal report.
The supplement to the criminal report states, among other things, that these are persons who have been involved in covering up the abduction and murder of David Dragicevic from the beginning. The amendment also states that the persons committed the criminal offense of Abuse of Official Position or Authority.
You had the opportunity to find out a few days ago that a new investigation has been opened against Alen Kukic, who is charged with the criminal offense of preventing evidence, and he was handed a summons for questioning as a suspect. In this case as well, the Prosecutor is Dalibor Vreco, the same person who led the previous (failed) investigation against Alen Kukic.
In the previous days, Dalibor Vreco also called for the hearing of Djordje Radjen, who was involved in the case of David Dragicevic from the very beginning, all related to the alleged robbery of his house in Banja Luka.
